This place is super clean and safe, the Wi-Fi is great, the bed is comfortable, and the room is spacious with a TV and a balcony.

everything was perfectly fine, excellent staff, handy location just next door to the centre of nightlife action, chaweng beach and strip and hawker style restaurants. large bathroom, luxury, huge room. tasty food for dinner and breakfast. free parking on site provided. brilliant stay, as always.

We enjoyed the hotel, it was safe and gorgeous. the location was handy, right by markets, the beach, seafood night market, and a Family Mart convenience store. the room was huge with a balcony, and the staff were pleasant. Everything was very good, with coffee and tea making equipment, and fridges upon arrival.

The location of Ptk Residence in Chaweng is in a very nice area, close to downtown, the Thai market, food center, and various restaurants.

I recently stayed at a residence in Chaweng and had a great experience. The room was clean and the bed was really comfy. The spacious room had good WiFi and a balcony, which was perfect for relaxing and drying clothes. The pool was lovely and provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also convenient, with nearby markets, pharmacies, and a convenience store. The cleaning staff did an excellent job and the elevator worked without any issues. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

Amazing value for money with massive rooms, comfortable beds, and daily room cleaning with new towels and toiletries. Convenient amenities like kettle and fridge, and a nice balcony with views. Massive pool with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Good location close to the beach and Main Street, with cheap markets and convenience stores nearby. Helpful and nice staff. Highly recommended, extended our stay by 6 days.
